You may choose to mail in multiple offers in one envelope; however, rebates may only be submitted nine times in second quarter for each eligible product. Reman Transmissions, Reman Engines, Reman A/C Compressors, and Cummins Water Pumps, Injector, Injector Pump and Turbo Charger (unlimited redemptions). And, they may submit 18 rebates in second quarter for brake rotors (includes Magneti Marelli).
If you send multiple entries in one envelope, please attach the completed rebate form to the appropriate purchase invoice and repair order, and indicate the part purchased on the invoice.
No. The date of purchase must fall within the redemption period stated on each rebate offer.
Log on to MoparRepairConnection.com, and then click on “True Blue Rebates” from the “Promotions” section. That Web page contains downloadable PDF of the rebate form.
A check will be issued payable to the business name, and will be sent to the provided business address.
Your rebate submission must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the rebate offer expiration date. We are unable to accept rebates submitted after the submission deadline. Supporting documentation must also be submitted within 30 days of rebate offer expiration date.
Independent repair facilities (IRF's) and body shops need to submit a purchase invoice and repair order along with the completed rebate form. Customer information may be omitted from the IRF/body shop repair order.
You may submit the original invoice or a copy. Please retain copies of all documentation for your records. In the event that you send us a copy, we reserve the right to request the original invoice for proof of purchase in order to validate your claim.
