  1. Who is eligible to participate?

    Independent repair facilities (IRF) and body shops in the United States.

  2. What is an independent repair facility or a body shop?

    A registered business whose primary purpose is to perform mechanical or collision automotive repairs.

    The following business types do not qualify as independent repair facilities:

    • Fleet repair facilities
    • Auto auctions

  3. How do I submit my rebate claim?

    Each claim submission requires that the rebate form along with the purchase invoice and your repair order be sent to the address below:

  4. How long before I receive my rebate?

    Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery.

  5. Can I send in more than one rebate at a time?

    You may choose to mail in multiple offers in one envelope; however, rebates may only be submitted nine times in second quarter for each eligible product. Reman Transmissions, Reman Engines, Reman A/C Compressors, and Cummins Water Pumps, Injector, Injector Pump and Turbo Charger (unlimited redemptions). And, they may submit 18 rebates in second quarter for brake rotors (includes Magneti Marelli).

    If you send multiple entries in one envelope, please attach the completed rebate form to the appropriate purchase invoice and repair order, and indicate the part purchased on the invoice.

  6. Can I still receive the rebate if the date of purchase of the part doesn't fall within the promotion period?

    No. The date of purchase must fall within the redemption period stated on each rebate offer.

  7. How do I print rebate offers online?

    Log on to MoparRepairConnection.com, and then click on “True Blue Rebates” from the “Promotions” section. That Web page contains downloadable PDF of the rebate form.

  8. Who will receive the rebate?

    A check will be issued payable to the business name, and will be sent to the provided business address.

  9. What is the deadline for submitting rebate requests?

    Your rebate submission must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the rebate offer expiration date. We are unable to accept rebates submitted after the submission deadline. Supporting documentation must also be submitted within 30 days of rebate offer expiration date.

  10. What supporting documentation do I need to send with my rebate form?

    Independent repair facilities (IRF's) and body shops need to submit a purchase invoice and repair order along with the completed rebate form. Customer information may be omitted from the IRF/body shop repair order.

  11. Do I have to submit my original invoice, or can a copy be used, instead?

    You may submit the original invoice or a copy. Please retain copies of all documentation for your records. In the event that you send us a copy, we reserve the right to request the original invoice for proof of purchase in order to validate your claim.

  12. May I choose to have the rebate amount discounted from the purchase price at time of purchase?

    No. Mopar will send your rebate directly to you within 6-8 weeks.

  13. Where can I find more information about Mopar® parts?

    Visit www.mopar.com for all Mopar service and parts information. Technical repair information may be found on www.moparrepairconnection.com.

  14. Where can I find a nearby (local) dealer or distributor?

    In the upper right hand corner on www.moparrepairconnection.com there is a "Locate Dealer" link.

  15. What if I need more information?

  16. How do I know what part numbers are eligible for rebate redemption?

    Eligible part numbers are included on the rebate form and can be found in the Eligible Parts section under Rules of Use. Rebate offers are subject to Rules of Use. Chrysler Group LLC and its Mopar Parts Division reserve the right to reject any claim at any time, at their sole discretion.

  17. Are all fields on the rebate form required?

    Yes. The rebate form must be completed fully and accurately. Rebates submitted with incomplete/incorrect information will be rejected.

  18. Can my rebate submissions be returned?

    Rebates submitted will not be returned. Please make a copy for your records.
